1. Print out this order form and fill it in. Mail it with your check/money order in US funds or with completed credit card information to the address at the bottom of the page. Call us for Credit card orders.
2. For Study Plans, fill in the size(s) and name(s) of the study plan(s) you want.
3. For Bid Plans, fill in the design(s) you want.
4. For Stock Plans, fill in the size(s), material(s), and type(s) of plan(s) you want to order. Please read and sign the conditions of sale section of this order form.
5. Please Read The Following Important Notes:
   1. Benford Design Group is known to be, perhaps, the most careful and conservative of designers. We take great care in trying to be sure that our designs are well thought out and detailed. However, there is always the possibility of a transposed or otherwise incorrect notation slipping by us in proofing the drawings. On one occasion, ten years after we had issued a drawing, it was pointed out to us that we had shown the engine exhausting a couple of feet underwater. We then sent out 60 notices to builders worldwide to correct this. Therefore, if anything in our plans does not seem correct, call or write and let us know.
   2. Prices shown in our price list are in US funds. International orders should be made with check or bank money orders drawn on a US bank or, preferably, charged to Visa or MasterCard, which will simplify currency exchange and insure that you will be charged the current price for materials and shipping instead of an estimated amount.
   3. Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is any question about the age of the price list, please call us for current pricing.
   4. Stock plans are usually sent rolled in a tube and study plans are normally folded into an envelope. Study and bid plans may be sent rolled in a cardboard tube for $3.00 extra.
   5. For international airmail and handling please add $30.00 for stock plans.
   6. Stock plan buyers must sign and return the conditions of sale form.
6. Conditions Of Sale:
   I understand that:
   1. The Benford Design Group agrees to supply the stock plans ordered upon acceptance of the stock plan payment.
   2. The designs remain the property of the Benford Design Group and may be used only as authorized in writing by the Benford Design Group.
   3. The Benford Design Group authorizes the construction of one boat from the purchase of a stock plan unless other specific arrangements have been made in writing about payment of design royalties on the sisterships.
   4. Strict compliance with the plans in regards to the specifications, tolerances, and materials is mandatory for achieving the intended performance of the boat.
   5. Since the use of a boat is in itself an activity that requires some degree of skill and judgment on the part of the operator that we cannot know exists or not, and since the Benford Design Group is not building the boat nor directly involved in overseeing the construction, and thus cannot have any assurance as to the degree of accuracy of the builder in following the design, the stock plan purchaser agrees to hold the Benford Design Group harmless from any results of using the plans supplied.
